What is The Redhead Secret Club?

The Redhead Secret Club is a monthly subscription box celebrating Redheads and our unique undeniable beauty! In each box, you will receive 5-8 items for Redheads, ranging from makeup and skincare, to beauty tools, hair accessories and even apparel! Each box has a $79-$179 value per box! You can subscribe for 1, 3, or 6 months. 

How much does a The Redhead Secret Club subscription cost?

There are three different types of The Redhead Secret Club subscriptions: a monthly package ($49.95/month), a 3-month package ($47.95), a 6-month package ($45.95). All regular subscriptions are recurring, unless cancelled within the term deadline. For example, if you subscribe for a 3 month box, and you cancel after 1 month, your 3 month subscription will not be repeated. However, you will receive and be charged for the remaining two boxes, as you committed to a 3 month subscription.  The same applies to 6 month commitment, as it provides a discounted price as a reward for a longer commitment. 

Can you please explain the process from payment to shipment?

Of course! The process starts with a successful payment, then moves to packing and, lastly, it ships from our warehouse to your doorstep! 

The shipping date is 8th every month. Our warehouse crew works hard to position each product delicately in your box, while making sure the presentation is impeccable. Kindly note that sometimes there may be shipping delays and/or product back-orders due to a stall involving the vendor/brand fulfilment process.

Our cut-off date for new subscriptions is the 30th of each month. Upon subscribing, you are subscribing for the next months box. For example, if you join us on January 29 at 11:59 p.m. ET, your first box will be a February box, which ships by the 8th of February. However, if you subscribe on February 1 at 12 a.m. ET, your first box will be a March box.

The payment for your first The Redhead Secret Club will be withdrawn at the time of checkout. For subsequent boxes, payments are automatically on the 15th of the month, regardless of sign up date. The boxes ship first week of the month, by the 8th.

For example, if you purchase a subscription plan on 5th of January, you will be billed straight away, and your box will be shipped on 8th of February. On the 15th of February, you will be billed for your March box, which will ship on 8th of March, and on 15th of March, you will be billed for your April box.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are already included in the price for those located in the United States.  

Canadian residents will incur a $17.95 shipping fee for each box/month purchased. Applicable fees, such as exchange rates are incurred by the bank and/or credit card company and are not managed by The Redhead Secret Club. Customers are responsible for paying the duty and other customs clearing expenses.

Residents of The United Kingdom will incur a $17.95 shipping fee for each box/month purchased. Applicable fees, such as exchange rates are incurred by the bank and/or credit card company and are not managed by The Redhead Secret Club. Customers are responsible for paying the duty and other customs clearing expenses.

European residents will incur a $17.95 shipping fee for each box/month purchased. Applicable fees, such as exchange rates are incurred by the bank and/or credit card company and are not managed by The Redhead Secret Club. Customers are responsible for paying the duty and other customs clearing expenses.

Australian and New Zealand residents will incur a $24.95 shipping fee for each box/month purchased. Applicable fees, such as exchange rates are incurred by the bank and/or credit card company and are not managed by The Redhead Secret Club. Customers are responsible for paying the duty and other customs clearing expenses.

We strongly encourage those who intend to subscribe to read the terms and conditions, so they are aware of the any and all charges involved with our recurring service.

How can I change my subscription without causing an overlap between the two plans?

If you want to change to a different subscription plan, you must wait to your current plan is expired/cancelled and then you will be able to create a new subscription. Visit our subscribe page to choose which new subscription is right for you. 

How can I manage my subscription or update card details?

You can manage your monthly subscription in a few steps:

1. Go to www.theredheadsecetclub.com
2. Log into your account by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
3. Click to SUBSCRIPTIONS button as showed below

4. Click on the #number of your subscription as showed below:
5. You will now see all your subscription details and will be able to manage your subscription or update payment details

Payment changes must be made by the 15th of the prior month in order to take effect for the next month’s shipment (e.g. to change your payment details for your February The Redhead Secret Club, you will have to update it by January 15th). If you need changes in the shipping address, they will have to be made by the 30th of the prior month is order to take effect for the next month's shipment. Contact support if you need help with updating your shipping address.
3 month and 6 months subscription can not be canceled for the first 3 and 6 months.
 
How do I update my address?
If you need to make changes to your shipping address, you MUST contact us on live chat or email at support@theredheadsecretclub.com and inform us of changes you need to make.
Website Problems

If you spot any issues, please reach out to our customer care team through your account section. Also, if you can send a screen shot of the issue, it would be super helpful.

What should I do about a missing/damaged product? 

If you experience any issues with missing or damaged items, you must contact The Redhead Secret Club within 15 days from the date of receiving the merchandise. Any complaints received after the timeline given will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Be sure to provide images of any damage for Quality Assurance purposes. Once we receive the image, we will be able to address the warehouse with this error and offer replacement options.

What should I do if I receive the same product twice?
We make every effort to create an exciting mix of products in every box. In some rare instances, an individual product that has proven popular and well-loved in the past will make a re-appearance in your box. If you are unsatisfied with a duplicate product, please reach out to us through your account and we will make it right. 

I have suffered an allergic reaction after using one of the products. What should I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your The Redhead Secret Club box is free of certain substances or compounds since we feature different products every month. If you suffer from a known allergy against certain substances or compounds, we urgently recommend you to thoroughly review the ingredients of a respective product before using it.

How do I find out what's in my The Redhead Secret Club box before I receive it?

Here at The Redhead Secret Club, we pride ourselves on providing unexpected moments of joy to our subscribers, and have found that subscribers equally enjoy the anticipation and suspense prior to receiving their monthly boxes. So as to not deprive anyone of this pleasure, we have decided to not reveal the full contents of each month’s box until after it ships. Will I have to order my The Redhead Secret Club each month?

No, you don’t. To make it convenient for you, your The Redhead Secret Club subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel within the term deadline. Fixed-term subscriptions are also automatically renewed unless you opt out within the term deadline. Gift subscriptions do not renew, as they are considered one time purchases.

At what time will my account be debited?
For monthly subscriptions, the payment for your first The Redhead Secret Club will be withdrawn at the time of checkout. For subsequent boxes, payments are automatically on the 15th of the month, regardless of sign up date. 

What happens when a box is sold out?

Unfortunately, popular editions will sell out at times, as supplies are limited.
